Counter-i helps production teams record counts, timing, and generate reports. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

Summary: Your app data (recipes, runs, customers, reports) is stored on your device by default. We don’t sell your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Information We Collect

App content you enter (e.g., recipes, counters, customer names, notes, reports). Stored locally on your device by default.
Camera access (optional) used only for the Line Speed tool to estimate speed. The app does not save photos or video.
Files & sharing When you export/share a report, the file is created locally and sent only where you choose.
Subscriptions We receive non-personal purchase receipts from Apple/Google to activate Pro features and manage trials.
Diagnostics/analytics (optional) If enabled, we may use privacy-friendly analytics or crash reports to improve reliability. You can opt out where available.

How We Use Information

Provide and improve app functionality (counting, timing, reporting).
Verify subscription status (trial/Pro) and entitlement.
Respond to support requests.

Data Storage & Retention

By default, app data remains on your device. If you uninstall the app, local data is removed. If we later offer optional cloud sync, we’ll explain storage location, retention, and controls before you enable it.

Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We may use trusted processors (e.g., in-app payment providers, crash reporting) who process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards and only as necessary to provide the service.

Your Choices & Rights

Export/Delete: Export reports from within the app and delete local data by removing content or uninstalling the app.
Permissions: Control Camera and other permissions in your device settings.
Subscriptions: Manage or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings.

Children

Counter-i is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we’ll address it.

Regional Notices
